Museum Personnel

These are some of the people that keep the museum running:

Mary Ellen Mac Donald assistant designer		Mary Ellen works four times a month. She dresses thee mannequins .She also helps Harold to setup and take down the rotation displays.

Cecilia Dewey volunteer		She works 2nd and 4th Thursdays at the museum. She puts the cemetery cards into the computer. Cecilia has been with the museum for a long time as a volunteer. She is an artist that does pen, ink and charcoal drawings of Old Massena. Cecilia has her own web site: www.artsandcraftsbydewey.com

George Love Janitor		George Love has worked Three Years as our handyman. He does maintenance and janitorial work three days a week for us at the museum.

Harold Burditt display designer		Harold Burditt is our Display Designer. He has been the museum's designer for five years. He also worked professionally at the Boston Store in Massena and at the Ades Company in Syracuse. He is very dedicated to his work and makes the museum look very professional with the layout of the displays he does.

John Kormanyos volunteer		John Kormanyos has been a volunteer at the museum for over 25 years.

		Betty Hare is a volunteer that works on many different jobs. She helps at open houses and other events. She cuts out obits and Information about Massena.

Pam Barclay volunteer		Pam Barclay volunteers three times a month to work on scanning files from the file cabinets. She also does family research.

Sally Yeddo archivist archivist@massenaworks.com		Sally Yeddo has been Archivist for four years at the museum. She does all the occasioning in of all the artifacts at the museum. She then puts the artifacts into the computer for the yearly inventory report. She works on the fund raising letters, organizes all events and workshops for the museum. She helped to design the new web site by providing digital photos and text. She works closely with the historian on tracking the history of Massena's families.

		Kathleen has been working at the museum for the last two years. She cuts out obits and information about Massena from the newspaper.

		Karen has been town historian for one years. She does research for families with their Genealogy. She also does research on different thing as the requests come in .

		Stella has worked as a volunteer for the last four years. She helps with sewing accession numbers on clothing and answering the phone and working at the open houses.

Pat Shope, Volunteer Tom Belgard		Pat Volunteers one a month for the museum. She works on putting cemetery records into the computer. Tom Belgard Volunteers during the summer months. He works three to for days a week
